Macaron Day NYC

This coming Wednesday is that day again in New York City where you can eat free Macarons across the City.  Tee initiative was created in 2010 by  François Payard, chef and owner of FP Patisserie and François Payard Bakery in New York.  I'm not in New York but a few months before we got here the first Laduree was opened in Sao Paulo and lucky for me Macarons are gluten-free.  I'm not sure if Laduree is participating but for more information go here.  Enjoy!

Oh yum! I hope the holiday spreads across the river into Jersey City so we can indulge too!
